    We had our 341 meeting this morning as well and we survived! Yay!
    Please check the Ch 13 folder for the "341 Meeting Summary" thread I just posted for the gory details.

    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
    10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
    01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Full docket text:
      First meeting held and concluded on 6/28/2006 and trustee's report of
      no distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the
      trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C.
      704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the
      benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or
      property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate.
      Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the
      trustee be discharged from office.
