Chapter 13 for forclosure
Hi, we are about to lose our house in 5 days to a forclosure auction sale. We have a meeting with a lawyer tomorrow to file chapter 13. I was wondering if this could fail?
How long does it take to get eveything together to stop sale date?
Could I get denied bankruptcy?
Whats going to happen?
