If you are asking about figuring out your income to complete the Means Test income calculations to file bankruptcy or are in an active Ch 13 and may need to file an amended plan, then yes. It does, but realize, loan modifications are discretionary. Even if you have a decrease in income, the lenders are not required to give you a modification; but it doesn't hurt to try.Comment
