    Statement of Intention

    Hi,

I'm trying to file chapter 7 bankruptcy pro se and I have a question regarding the statement of intention form B108. I have no property secured by debt, how do I go about filling out this form? I want to say "none" but there isn't an option for it. Do I even have to turn in this form if I don't want to keep or claim anything? Thanks in advance.

The answer is in the instructions at the top of the form.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

      Hi,

This is the form I was referring to file:///F:/Downloads/form_b108.pdf I read through the entire form but don't see an option for "none" or something similar.

You can leave the form blank or handwrite in "not applicable" and then sign in the appropriate place.

        Des.

That's what I was thinking too. I'll just leave it blank and sign the bottom. Thanks Des.
