    Case closing

My case has closed.. we all look forward to our discharge, what is the significance of the closing legally? Just curious.

Closing means that the Trustee has performed all of their duties, administered the estate (as required), and filed all of the necessary paperwork to administratively close the case. It's significance is that any property that the Trustee may have been administering (trying to sell) has either been sold, or is now transferred back to the debtor.

    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
