    If these cards are from U.S. Issuers, then they'll likely be closed instantly once the bank receives notice of the bankruptcy. For most U.S. issuers, it doesn't even need to be listed in the bankruptcy since major banks subscribe to the bankruptcy noticing service.

    If these cards are your personal cards, you must list them on Schedule F as unsecured creditors and refrain from using the cards.

    If these are corporate cards, they will survive bankruptcy and can be used for corporate business purchases and travel.

    Credit Cards in another Country while in Ch 13

    I have two credit cards and one service card (amex) in Mexico and I am wondering if I will be able to use them while in Ch 13. Has anyone had this situation? If I used them, will trustee be able to find out this? Should I disclose these when filing Ch 13? I am assuming the answer it is yes, but want to double check if someone has some experience about this. thank you
