Question Where on Pacer does it show objections?

I figured I had better ask before I go back on there. I have not yet seen a bill but at 8 cents a page its adding up fast.

Where on pacer does it show creditors that are showing up for your 341? Or is that just a surprise on the day?

    Thanks in advance...

Hi Momof5: I just reviewed our docket report--we save this stuff to the hard drive so we can go back and look--and I can't see where anything would be put prior to the 341. In our case, no creditors showed up, but they had 60, then it was extended to 90 days in our case. Our adversary filed his AP objection to discharge on April 3, 2008. Our original discharge date was April 2, but now it is today, June 12.....

Everything will probably go fine for you. I am hoping and praying it does. Please keep us posted.

I don't think there is a place for that on pacer. I haven't seen it.

Thanks for your responses Cali and Cat.
There are so many different links on pacer I just wanted to double check before I went searching.

AngelinaCat: Today is your discharge date? This might finally be the begining of the end for you. In a good sense of course.Fingers crossed!!!!

If the creditor files an objection, you'll see that in the History and Documents area. Same for your local trustee or the US trustee.

Whether the creditor or the US trustee plans to show up or not isn't on PACER anywhere. Unless they choose to contact your lawyer ahead of time (some do to see if they can work out a settlement before the 341), it's going to be a surprise.

However, keep in mind that the chances of a creditor or the US trustee showing up at your 341 is about the same as a meteor hitting your house today
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Thanks for posting about the objections.
My attorney said if the trustee had problems he(trustee) would let my attorney know before the 341.
