How will change in income affect my 341?

I had a very part-time job that I started the day after we filed ch7. Long story short, it turned out to be temporary because the person on leave came back early and they decided they couldn't use me. So I only have one pay check stub to show and am wondering if this is going to cause issues at the 341 as the lawyer estimated everything as though it was a regular part-time job? My husband's job is the same, but just change in mine. I'm waiting until after the 341 to seek other employment.

You need to contact your lawyer and see if you need to amend your schedules.
        Should be no biggie.

Ditto keepmine. And if you were having problems meeting the means test, this should help you out even more.

I'll let him know. We were really far off from means, just makes us look even more pathetic....

Do you know if it costs to get them ammended?

I have never been charged for any changes. I guess it depends on the attorney.

                    Hey amd25,

I got a "price list" for any changes in our bk 13. Check your paperwork, maybe you have one too.

My attorney didn't charge to add things.

Our attorney would charge us $26 to amend any of the schedules (I believe that is the court fee in our area), unless it was his fault, then he will pay the fee

Frankly since you were already well under the median even with this small extra income amount of yours, my guess is that your lawyer is going to let things ride as-is. Amending your forms won't change the outcome of your Ch 7.

Do be sure to ask your lawyer how to respond if your trustee asks "Has your income changed since filing?" during your 341.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
