I had a very part-time job that I started the day after we filed ch7. Long story short, it turned out to be temporary because the person on leave came back early and they decided they couldn't use me. So I only have one pay check stub to show and am wondering if this is going to cause issues at the 341 as the lawyer estimated everything as though it was a regular part-time job? My husband's job is the same, but just change in mine. I'm waiting until after the 341 to seek other employment.

How will change in income affect my 341?

Frankly since you were already well under the median even with this small extra income amount of yours, my guess is that your lawyer is going to let things ride as-is. Amending your forms won't change the outcome of your Ch 7.Originally posted by amd25 View PostSo I only have one pay check stub to show and am wondering if this is going to cause issues at the 341 as the lawyer estimated everything as though it was a regular part-time job? Do be sure to ask your lawyer how to respond if your trustee asks "Has your income changed since filing?" during your 341.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
