    In my daily life I am finding that attorneys are not overly helpful or informative to people filing bankruptcy. I'm pretty sick of it. There is a misconception that bankruptcy is all good. At the same time there is also a misconception that bankruptcy is all bad. I'm pretty sick and tired of seeing both. Ideally this forum can reach out to people before they file and can help them along the way or help them avoid it all together. Hopefully my input will shed a different light on the subject and help people know what to expect while going through this issue.

    Thats all I want.
    That is done every day on here...what you want to provide is nothing new so my guess is that you are trying to get people to PM you via baiting on this forum to provide them with contact information for your business to get them out of debt. Most posters are aware of baiting posts. I'm wondering what previous forum kicked you off before you arrived here.

    This thread has run its course and is being closed as it is going nowhere;

    You think creditors are bad. Try dealing with these guys everyday. ;)

    I am one of the few fortunate people in this world who love their work. I love seeing their mouths drop open when I tell them that there is no way in hell that you can put them in jail for being unable to pay their debts. I love seeing people like you when their mouths drop open when the judge orders you to pay my fees. Yeah, I get paid for what I do and have no guilt about it.

    Not the case... On all accounts.

    If you read the thread you'll find that a majority of the postings are people over reacting and misinterpreting my posts.

    Wow, if you hold a position of power in the Bankruptcy system then I am disappointed. You have a flair for unnecessary drama and that speaks volumes IMO.

    I have never posted here before. I'm sure the admin and mods have run my IP to see if it matches any previous registered users. It wont match because I found this forum today. I immediately thought: wow it would be nice to help these people. Please see my other posts.
