    No time limit. If the judgment is still valid, they can record it. They will only bother recording it if you have property they want to place a lien on.

    $143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

      PHXDWTN.....after reading through this thread...if what you have researched is correct i can understand why you would not consider bk...why 10 more years on your cr....when most will drop off...

      however, LITR is correct....there is no limit.

      i would be concerned as to where these judgments and or liens could pop up...it seems unreal to me that no one "renewed" the existing judgment unless, as mentioned your are "judgment proof".

      just be careful...i would hire someone to do a "legal" search on anything that can be hanging out there that you are unaware of...although, i guess as you have really stated..does it matter?
