(Almost) Everything You Wanted to Know about Evidence

You know, sometimes a particular practitioner comes along and you just have to say "wow" when looking at their contributions. This one comes from Judge Williamson from the Middle District of Florida. It was a presentation to the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and all I can say is wow.

Not that any of us really need this, but if you are going to litigate pro se through contested matters and especially through adversary proceedings (AP/complaint), then it is a must read if you need to deal with evidence!
