I've been a lurker on this forum for a while and I finally decided to create an account. Recently filed chap 7 last month and my 341 is this week. Pretty bad anxiety. Whats the worse thing that could happen if for some reason my chap 7 doesnt go as planned? I get dismissed and I am back to my old situation where I have to pay my debts? What about if they convert my chap 7 to 13 instead? Can I not agree to 13 and just dismiss the case? I will just have to pay my debts like I did before correct? Pre-bankruptcy?
