I assume the business is either a LLC or an Inc.

You do understand that entities (LLC, Inc.) DO NOT get a discharge in a Chapter 7?

Have you consulted with an attorney as it relates to filing a bk for the entity?

There very few reasons to put an entity into a Chapter 7 therefore you need to make sure doing so makes sense before you spend $$$.
