It shouldn't take that long. Typically it's 90 and maybe 120 days from the last payment. If it's been this long something else may be awry. (Always wanted to use "awry" in a sentence.) It could be lack of the certification of completion, certification of completion of second course, your district requires your attorney to initiate the discharge.
Did you receive your discharge?
I would have talked to my attorney after just 60 days post discharge (or final payment).
