    Interesting,
Mostly female, baby boomers........... and retirement age folks......

Most causes of bankruptcy's in this age bracket will fall under divorce, job loss, and medical bills as the major causes...

Great Poll Lazar! I have made this a Sticky Poll. C'mon folks be sure to participate in this Poll it's anonymous, and will provide a good snap shot of "who" files for BK.
The information provided is not, and should not be considered legal advice. All information provided is only informational and should be verified by a law practioner whenever possible. When confronted with legal issues contact an experienced attorney in your state who specializes in the area of law most directly called into question by your particular situation.

                  Great poll,
Could you imagine being in the 13-17 age group and filing for BK? I wonder if that is even possible? LOL

I believe one must be over 18 to file bankruptcy. Although, this is my first time and I cannot believe it would happen to me this late in life.
