I believe one must be over 18 to file bankruptcy. Although, this is my first time and I cannot believe it would happen to me this late in life. -

Mostly female, baby boomers........... and retirement age folks......
Most causes of bankruptcy's in this age bracket will fall under divorce, job loss, and medical bills as the major causes...Leave a comment:
