New Forum Suggestion: Moved Overseas

I'm living overseas, and I think this is a trend. I see a lot of USians moving to places like Portugal for a lower cost of living and higher quality of life. So I think it would be a great addition to this site to have a forum for those of us who've semi-escaped the rat race, but are still tied to credit scores back home (and trying to keep them up, rather than ditch them, of course).

I wonder if laz thinks this would be a good subforum. I don't know where it would fit. We may need a different subforum area... outside the existing before/after bankruptcy sections.

It's not difficult to add this, but while the topic is interesting, I don't think we have enough relevant potential conversations
