CH7 - Is there a FICO bump 2 years after discharge?

    Good evening!

It's been 1 year, 11 months since my Chapter 7 discharge. I reaffirmed my house and car, and all payments were made on time (car is paid off now.) Capital One entrusted me with two unsecured cards, with a combined limit of $9k, and all payments on time (usage always kept under 30%.) FICO scores are in the 690s.

Under the terms of my divorce, I have to refi the house and remove my wife from the loan. Once the two years have passed since discharge, Fannie Mae will refi (divorce is an extenuating circumstance.) I can apply now, and close after my discharge anniversary, or wait a month and apply after the anniversary. The FICO score sets the interest rate.

So my question: assuming nothing else changes in my credit profile, will my FICO score get a bump upwards after the 2nd anniversary?

    Thanks!

You will not get a bump from your BK aging to two years. The only bump will be at 10 years when it falls off your report.
