    Impact of No Discharge

Cannot find answer to this question. Debtor intentionally received a "No Discharge" by not taking financial management course. Strategy to refile and add significant post petition medical debt. Trustee still collecting non-exempt assets. Does "No Discharge" stop the trustee?

I moved your post to a new thread because it was off topic.

I would never do that as a strategy. A chapter 7 can continue without any input from a debtor. This could complicate things very very badly, unless the case actually gets dismissed.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Absolutely not. The property remains property of the estate until the case is closed. Failure to obtain a discharge is not relevant. As JB mentioned, your strategy is probably not a good one. I hope you have a well qualified attorney.
