You would send it to their correspondence address. Nearly every creditor I know, that has a web page, has a listing for their correspondence address. In addition to their website, they usually listed it on their periodic (monthly) statements. On the statement, the address may be listed as "Questions About Your Bill" and probably be different than the regular "payment" address. -

How can I find the correct addresses for sending bankruptcy notices (service/summons) without calling them?
