    I’m filing Chapter 7 Pro Se and after hours of research I think I have a grasp on it. My question is when reporting my mortgage on secured debts I have the mortgage owing $99,000 and a deferred loan from the city (no payments, just a lien to be paid whenever we sell the house) for $43,000. The homes value is $153,000. Do I include both debts in section 1 since they are different debts but secured by the same property. I just want to make sure I’m not making it appear like have $55,000 in equity.
