    Intro and Hello

    Hello I'm a 61 year old who just joined. I have a ton of questions so I thought I would say hi, check out the stickies and look around before badgering everybody.
    Suffice to say that my attorney is filing ch13 papers for the third time. And its driving me crazy. So I have a ton of questions
    I'm in a rural area and I did look for another attorney only to find out he was as bad or worse
    SO hello out there and gald I found this forum

    You will find that this forum is a wealth of information. The mods are great and everyone tries to help one another, both emotionally and knowledge-wise. I was so glad that I found this forum 36 months ago. It has truly been a god sent. Good Luck,

            BK 7 filed and discharged in 2004 after 30+ years of perfect credit. Life HAPPENS.

                Hello Old Codger: What make you think you are OLD at age 61? Huh? I am 64 and am not getting any smarter as I get older. I am in trouble too. This is a wonderful place for learning and moral support. My wife and I wish you well in your BK journey.

                    Another boomer here and a Ch 13 boomer to boot. We've survived objections, amended forms to deal with the objections, and delayed confirmation. And us old stubborn folks are still standing!
