Hello everyone
I hope that everyone's doing ok!!! After being hospitalized for one month due to a heart attack and diabetic coma. i have decided to file i chapter 7 BK to wipe out my medical debt and credit card debt. i never for the life of me thought that i would be in this situation then again who in the hell does!!! I also feel it's the responsible adult thing to do vs trying to pay off debt that i'll never get out of!!!

Welcome to BKForum. Just make sure that all of heavy-financial medical needs are all done before you file. You want to make sure you capture everything related to the heart attack and coma. Remember that a Chapter 7 is the nuclear option and you can only do that once every 8 years.

Thanks for the warm welcome justbroke. that's i am in the process of doing now is making sure i have all my ducks in a row and waiting for all of the bills to come in so i can nuke em i will be buking very preditory cc also. i have informed my creditors that i am retaining a chapter 7 lawyer due to my situation. that stopped the calls!!! i am glad that i found a lawyer that makes things a breeze as it takes so much stress off of me.
