I'm not into posting that much but I do love reading the forums here. Great information to be found here!
I retained my lawyer on 8/4/09 for $1309 and on 8/12/09 he filed my Chap 7 case
My 341 meeting is scheduled for 9/17/09

Almost have all of my paperwork together for my lawyer. I hope to get the paper work to him on Monday. Have to do the credit counseling thing online.

I am more comfortable with the lawyer that I met today than the previous lawyer I met earlier in the week.
I just now have to get my documentation in order and also take the credit counseling. Hopefully, I can knock it out over the weekend and drop it off to my lawyer on Monday. ...07-23-2009, 09:52 AM
