My husband and I are both in our 50's, have 3 children still living at home. We have so many cc payments that once we are done paying-we need to use them to help us get through the month. We are planning to file bankruptcy in CA within 1 or 2 weeks. We've stopped paying all but 2 of our cc as of January....03-09-2010, 11:56 AM
